What are your yearly sales ? 6 to 8 million.

What is your largest performance bond obtained ? 5 million. Can you get a larger one ? -- Yes.

What type roofs do you install ? JM, VERSICO, SEAMAN, GENFLEX, FIRESTONE, GAF, CARLISLE.

Can I install my new roof over the old one ? Generally not a good idea, it's always better to remove your entire roof down to the deck to get rid of weight, moisture and inspect the deck. There are some exceptions, but they are few.

What is your insurance mod rate ? .66 - One of the lowest for roofing contractors. The safety of our employees and yours is our #1 priority.

Do you subcontract roofing work ? Very rarely, 99% of our work is performed by our own forces, that is how we control quality and safety.

What is the best roof I can put on my building ? Buildings are like individuals, they are all different. We will come to look at your roof and provide you with a detailed analysis along with a free quotation, and suggest the best system for you.

Do you install steel deck ? YES, we also clean and paint rusted deck with a two part epoxy.

Can you install my roof in cold weather ? YES, we sell many roof systems that can be installed when the temperature falls below freezing.

Will my building remain watertight during the re-roofing process? Yes, we go to great pains to seal your roof at the end of the work day and keep close watch of our doppler radar feed during the tear off process.

Do you install hot asphalt and coal tar pitch roofs ? NO, we treat our employees like family and feel that these roof systems are more dangerous for our employees due to asphalt and pitch fumes and handling materials in excess of 500 degrees F. These roofs offer no advantage to the single ply roofs we install, not in cost, longevity or serviceability.

Can you come to patch a leak in my roof ? Yes, in most cases the same day, our repair crews carry cellular phones.

How are you going to get the materials up to my roof ? We have our own truck crane with 120 feet of boom.

What are your payment terms ? Net 30

Can you install shingles on my house ? No, we only install single ply roofs on commercial/institutional facilities.
