We provide the building owner with a watertight roof warranty along with a 100% vapor tight warranty. On food processing facilities, we provide interior protection to allow the plant to continue operation.

We specialize in Phenolic foam roof insulation repair and replacement. It is a product that was manufactured by Koppers or Johns Manville and can cause steel roof decks to rust through and become dangerous. We remove all materials down to the steel deck, either replace the deck if it is structurally unsound or wire brush the deck, clean with vacuums, and repaint the deck with a two part epoxy paint to stop future rusting. We have successfully replaced nearly one million square feet of Phenolic insulation.
